|Description:||SUMMARY Services customers by driving the established route, delivering the prepared product(s), collecting money from customers and performing the following additional duties as assigned.|
|Duties:||ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Drives truck to deliver customer orders of various chemical mixes to place(s) of business.
Accurately records sales, number and type of mixes per day, and deliveries information on a daily basis.
Collects or picks up empty containers and credits returns upon request of customers and/or management.
Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
Assist other drivers with pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks.
Cleans inside of truck and notifies management of any problems with delivery vehicle immediately.
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins in the warehouse according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Assembles customer orders and stocks warehouse product using proper lifting techniques while adhering to warehouse safety procedures.
Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
Utilizes proper lifting techniques and equipment when placing chemical drums on or removing chemical drums/product from the delivery truck.
Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
Completes requisition forms to order supplies as requested.
Prepares parcels for mailing. Maintains inventory records.
Dump and prepare barrels to return for credit.
Repair and maintenance of warehouse shelving, gates, etc.
Clean and sweep warehouse and restrooms.
May include other duties as requested.
|Qualifications:||EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE |
High school graduate or equivalent certification required. Two+ years of experience as a delivery driver, 6-ton vehicle, preferred. Knowledge of delivery area and ability to read maps is required. Must not have any driving violations or accidents within the past 36 months.

Flexibility in availability to work during the week, weekends may be required due to weather and/or volume
