|Duties:||Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:|
•Develop or modify existing interfaces within PI
•Develop maps that are generic and flexible enough to support multiple trading partner requirements
•Create or modify configuration of trading partners and interfaces via PI Integration Directory
•Create or modify configuration of Partner Profiles in SAP
•Validate the mappings by completing all technical testing for each required interface with Functional and Business Process teams
•Monitor, troubleshoot and correct to resolve issues related to the Customer and/or Supplier requirements
•Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements, implementation of new functionality, upgrades and project planning.
•Ensure quality, documentation and performance for projects.
•Provide support as needed, including analysis, design, development, testing and training.
•Participate in SAP Training and Events and provide other developers with training opportunities.
|Qualifications:||Knowledge, Skill and Ability:|
•5+ years of work experience in SAP NW PI 7.1 developing and configuring interfaces.
•5+ years of work experience in SAP ERP with broad knowledge of SAP MM, SD and FICO modules.
•Strong experience with PI Enterprise Services Builder, Integration Builder, Runtime Workbench monitoring, Adapter Engine, Integration Engine, and SLD
•Strong experience with PI configuration of communication channels, global data types, message types, message interfaces, and mappings
•Strong experience in working with different XML standards and schemas
•Proficiency in SAP PI adapters - HTTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, RFC, JDBC, File/FTP, JMS
•Experience in standard communication protocols, such as RFC, FTP, SFTP, etc.
•Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services
•Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
•Good communication and organizational skills.
•This person must demonstrate commitment to customer service and must be a team player, self-motivated, flexible and a quick learner.
•A Bachelor of Computer Science degree or a combination of professional experience and training is required.
