We have a career opportunity for a PROGRAMMER/ANALYST (SAP Business Objects) to join our team in Greeley, CO. Our current environment is BOBJ 4.0 with the majority of reporting based on our BW 7.3 on HANA data warehouse.

Duties:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
•Develop and maintain reporting solutions to meet business requirements across all areas and levels of the company.
•Maintain advanced skill level on all Business Objects reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports, WEBI, Explorer, Analysis, Design Studio)
•Perform Business Objects administrative tasks and performance tuning
•Recommend appropriate Business Object reporting tool based on report requirements and target audience
•Provide level 2 support and expertise for Business Objects environment
•Perform periodic maintenance activities such as support pack applications and upgrades
•Conduct research and recommend changes in an existing, changing or emerging environment in accordance with business needs
•Provide quality client service and be proactive and responsive to client needs.
•Apply highly professional business and/or technical knowledge when working with clients, other ITS groups and vendors in activities such as identifying options, selection, analyzing, designing, installation, coding, maintenance and testing of information technology solutions..
•Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
•Gain and maintain strong understanding of detailed requirements of business processes.
•Perform analytical activities of current or proposed business processes, aiding in the delivery of Continued Business Improvements.
•Develop/Coordinate the development of appropriate documentation from each stage of the system development life cycle in accordance with internal methodologies and change management policies
Qualifications:Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects Suite with specific experience in any or all of the following areas:
o Administration (Central Management Console, Central Management Server, Central Configuration Manager)
oReport development (WebIntelligence, Crystal Reports, Analysis for OLAP, Analysis for Office, Explorer, Design Studio)
oTrouble Shooting and performance tuning
•Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and be capable of communicating effectively with business partners and all other technology and non-technology team members.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Capacity to mentor peers and contractors, providing expert technical direction and advice on analysis approach
•Strong project and time management skills
